Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery area, as well as the weight and size of your parcel. This ensures fair, accurate pricing tailored to your order—no surprises, just clarity to help you plan ahead.
How Does the Free Delivery Option Work? Terms & Conditions
We love making it easier for you to bring home the perfect pieces without extra hurdles. That's why we offer free courier delivery on qualifying orders:
- Free delivery applies to orders of R2000 or more in the Gauteng area, and R2500 or more for other provinces.
- This is valid for our economy road freight option only, and for parcels weighing less than 100kg.
If you're in an outlying area, a surcharge may apply—we'll reach out promptly to notify you of any additional charges and discuss options. Similarly, if your parcel exceeds 100kg, we'll contact you with the surcharge amount for approval before proceeding.
Expect 2-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch (up to 6 working days for outlying areas). While we strive for efficiency, overnight deliveries aren't guaranteed. If time is of the essence, we recommend arranging your own courier—just let our team know, and we'll prepare your order for collection at a convenient time.
