Our Commitment to Quality and Care
- Packaging Excellence: We package every shipment with the utmost care to minimise any potential damage during transportation. However, we cannot take responsibility for damages resulting directly from courier handling. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the courier first and providing us with details so we can assist where possible.
- Factory Defects: If you receive a product with a genuine factory defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos and details, and we'll guide you through the quick resolution process.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Here's our plan for handling refunds, returns, and cancellations:
- Time Limit for Returns: Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Customised/Personalised Goods: These items are made just for you and cannot be refunded or returned, as they are uniquely tailored to your specifications.
- Non-Customised/Non-Personalised Goods: These qualify for a refund or store credit only if returned in a sellable state—meaning unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from any wear, damage, or alterations.
- Sale Items: Goods purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled, allowing us to offer you the best deals possible.
- Return Shipping: Any goods eligible for return must be delivered back to our facility at your expense. We'll provide the return address upon approval of your request.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order before it ships, a 20% administration fee will apply to cover processing costs. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—please refer to our returns guidelines instead.
- Dispute Resolution and Legal Notes: In case of disputes, this policy is governed by South Africa’s laws. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these criteria.
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact our support team here within 7 days of receiving your order (for non-defect issues) to start the process.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item.
- If approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days—refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees which include a Restocking Fee for Non-Defect Returns (a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to defects).
